APPLICATION FOR ENROLLMENT 

Enrollment Procedures:
  1. Schedule a school visit and interview with the School Director.
  2. For online application complete the Enrollment Application below and call with credit card information for the $100.00 application fee. U.S. Mail a copy of your High School Diploma or GED and grade transcripts.
  3. You will be given or sent a complete Enrollment Package.  Read the School Catalog, check and sign the Admissions Interview Form, read and sign the Enrollment Agreement, fill out the Equipment and Supplies Order Form, and return all to the school.
  4. After all above Admission requirements have been met, applicants will be notified by U.S. Mail of their acceptance or denial.  Accepted candidates will receive a copy of their Enrollment Agreement signed by the School Director, a Letter of Acceptance from the Director and a Customer Right to Cancel form.
  5. Enrollment procedures must be completed and equipment ordered, all fees paid, and acceptance finalized two weeks prior to the first day of class.  See: Class Calendar.
